India Based Customer Support Agent for an e-Commerce company (English)

This is an exciting time to join us! In the context of expanding and with upcoming product launches, eBuyNow is looking for passionate and talented customer support agent  to join our remote customer service team.
A day in your new role would start at your home office with your favorite tea or coffee and checking on email and chat requests for assistance along with receiving client calls related to analyzing and escalating returns/refunds, issues handling product reviews (reputation management) and responding to customer feedback…

We believe that customer support is more than just answering questions. Our support team is one of the main reasons for our success and we want to be role models for our customers.

Kinh nghiệm & Yêu cầu

- 0- 3 Years experience in a similar Customer Support role
- Quite environment and equipment to provide phone support (headset)
- Experience in handling  high volume of tickets
- Fluent English with excellent customer handling skills
- In the process of addressing customer complaints/issues ensure high customer satisfaction
- Understanding and adherence to marketplaces SLA
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving positive results
- Work within the team to find and create solutions
- Identify and escalate highly technical tickets
- Provide timely feedback on product issues
- Problem solver with good time management skills
- Must be familiar with Slack, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Microsoft Word/Excel, Amazon and Flipkart

- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
