Mô tả công việc

  • New product development in Vietnam, adding to the portfolio of Vidotour’s Partner -exclusive product wherever possible
  • Managing Vidotour’s Partner -exclusive product to ensure that Vidotour’s Partner is able to offer market-leading product and Vidotour can operate IT consistently
  • Quality control (working with Vidotour’s Partner to drive better client feedback scores through monitoring of guide feedback and accuracy of text at both ends)
  • Identifying product/market trends and informing Vidotour’s Partner of new openings
  • Acting as a key contact for Vidotour’s Partner in the region and meeting Vidotour’s Partner staff on fam trips where possible
  • Regular communication and training for Vidotour’s Partner sales and product teams (webinars exclusively for Vidotour’s Partner)
  • Being available to share product knowledge with Vidotour’s Partner staff on email
  • Working with Vidotour contracting team to negotiate value adds exclusively for Vidotour’s Partner at properties where production is most significant

Kinh nghiệm & Yêu cầu

  • Very strong communicator and writing skill in English
  • Driven with high levels of initiative
  • Organised, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about travel and client experience
  • A sound understanding of toursim product in Vietnam
  • Native English candidate is a favor
